Manufacturing Operator

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Manufacturing Operators to join our client based in Huthwaite on a temporary to permanent basis. This position requires physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities
• Assist with loading and unloading materials from vehicles and storage areas.
• Perform general site maintenance, including cleaning and organising workspaces.
• Operate basic hand tools and machinery as required, adhering to safety protocols.
• Follow instructions from supervisors to ensure project timelines are met.
• Maintain a safe working environment by following health and safety regulations.
• Report any hazards or issues to management promptly.

Requirements
• Previous experience in a labouring role is advantageous but not essential.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy items (up to 25 kg).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration.
• Basic knowledge of health and safety practices on construction sites is preferred.
• Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing tasks as required.

Hours:
7AM – 3:30PM Monday – Friday
Or Monday to Thursday 6AM – 6PM
